Quality Here is an example of my battery experience. Monday 8am- Battery is fully charged and unplugged from mains. Tuesday 8am - Battery is 3/4 full. Wednesday 8am - Battery is at the yellow zone. Very useful and I use it during my long hour flights. The stand that comes with it is stable. The battery comes with a back cover. I wish it also comes with a protective back leather case. Quality Ordered this online, which was the first time that i have purchased anything online. I live in asia and was not sure if i would receive the battery... sure enough though i got it after 4 days. Customer service is great since i forgot to give my cell number. They are prompt and professional to deal with and will email updates to you about your order.
My only complaint is... why not have a casing for this... other than that, great battery life. I can use my phone without worrying about it dying on me during the day... I am a heavy user, i watch, play, surf, download from my note! a great accessory and i would recommend that you buy it.. (Posted on 5/10/12) -

Quality I was contemplating whether to buy this or one of the many other much cheaper 5000mah batteries you can find on line.
But why go cheap when you own a $500 dollar device? With Mugen I was assured of top quality and fantastic customer service, based on former experience with my dell streak.

Quality this battery does the job perfectly,the thing that is thicker than the original is a good thing,you can hold the phone better and it fits in your hand much better than with the original one.only one small drawback,i wish that the support on the back could be 1cm longer, but works anyway.the sales representatives at Mugen are amazing,best customer support in the world,I had no problems ordering this,they had all the answers and solutions you can immagine.the delivery period was shorter than expected also,they deserve 10 stars out of 5.
